Two things worth knowing early
Layout lives in Elementor, data lives in WordPress. Page structure — archive, listing page, header, footer — is stored in Elementor library templates you can open and edit. Listing facts — price, size, location, photos — are WordPress post data on each property. Theme Options sits between them for brand-level settings, not per-page layout.
Elementor Free is enough. Every EstatePoint widget registers on the free version. Elementor Pro is optional and only adds its own Theme Builder workflow.
