Who we are

EstatePoint (“we”) publishes a WordPress theme and related materials. Contact: support@estatepoint.net.

What this site collects

• Hosting / CDN logs — standard request metadata (IP, user agent, path, timestamps) may be processed by our host (e.g. Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
• Email you send us — if you write to support@estatepoint.net, we use the content to respond.
• Purchases — ThemeForest / Envato handles checkout and purchase records under their own policies. We do not process card payments on this site.

What we do not do on this site

• No account registration on the marketing site (license account may be separate later).
• No intentional third-party advertising trackers in the current MVP build.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Email support@estatepoint.net with the subject “Privacy request”.

We may update this page; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
